educational resources for pre-kindergarten through sixth grade as well as PowerPoint presentations on Sports
nutrition and Healthy Habits for life. It also offers a list of links including The Wellness Guy a source of
health promotion and wellness in the Northwest. All in all a very informational site!

Alternative Medicine and much, much more. This site offers a free online newsletter and stores where you can
purchase items for a healthy lifestyle including vitamins, books, and even baby gifts! The Wellness Center at the
middle of the park offers information on Mind/body heath, spiritual health and exercises in progressive relaxation.

calculator! This is an excellent site with lots of useful information and user-friendly tools!

all know, wellness includes some comfort foods! Other sites include Kelloggs, IronKids and KidsHealth. The links
make this a useful site to visit.

that offers nutritional information as well as recipes, healthy eating and cooking. Sign up for their newsletter,
