An interactive amusement park with individual theme parks that take you through a Nutrition Center, a Fitness Center, A Referral Network, Alternative Medicine and much, much more. This site offers a free online newsletter and stores where you can purchase items for a healthy lifestyle including vitamins, books, and even baby gifts! The Wellness Center at the middle of the park offers information on Mind/body heath, spiritual health and exercises in progressive relaxation. This site is a must

Lots of quizzes for you take on everything from body weight to cholesterol to chocolate! It also has an online body mass index calculator and a pregnancy due date calculator! This is an excellent site with lots of useful information and user-friendly tools!

Subjects included are, of course, Heart Attack Warning Signs, CPR, Healthy Lifestyles and eating well for a healthy heart. A personal favorite is the link to Hershey’s Chocolate! As we all know, wellness includes some comfort foods! Other sites include Kellogg’s, IronKids and KidsHealth. The links make this a useful site to visit.

Click on the picnic basket to check out everything from meal planners to weight calculators. A very interactive site that offers nutritional information as well as recipes, healthy eating and cooking. Sign up for their newsletter, which is updated three times a week.
